Former wrestling prodigy and current Los Angeles funny guy PJ McCormick joined us to talk about Sonic 2 on the Sega Genesis (1992). Spoiler alert, he’s gotta go fast!
This episode features praise for video games as an oasis of escaping reality, tosses SHADE at business suits weaseling around for properties to capitalize on, and recognizes Sonic 2’s leap from the first game in the franchise.

Episode 11 – Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars with Heather Woodward

Ring-a-ding-ding that’s Heather Woodward’s music! One of the funniest people in all of La-La Land came on the show to discuss a million things including her game of choice, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars (1996) for the Super Nintendo.
Heather leads Conner down a Breath of the Wild rabbit hole, discussing the preview trailer and hopes for the game. We also get into our 2nd anecdote of sibling console divorce, lament over slogging through puzzles at a young age, and sing the praises of this hilarious adventure that started the Super Mario RPG legacy.

Episode 08 – Chrono Trigger with Nick Limon

Writer, reader, Rebel Alliance leader, and IGN Video Producer Nick Limon came on the show to discuss potentially the greatest JRPG of all time in Chrono Trigger (1995) originally for the SNES.
On this episode Nick talks about re-discovering the game years after his first contact with it, lugging his PlayStation to and from his grandparent’s house everyday to play the game, and how it bridged a social gap for Nick on his first visit to Japan.

2019 Holiday Special

We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming to bring you a special Holiday-themed episode! For this episode in lieu of our normal format Conner discusses up his top 6 holiday video game memories.
